The Distillers Table – In Partnership with Talisker

Join us for a special evening at Talisker Distillery, bringing together whisky, food and the unique atmosphere of Skye.

The experience begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a guided tour of the distillery, where you’ll learn more about the history and craft behind the oldest working distillery on the island.

Afterwards, you’ll be invited into the Cask Draw Room for a relaxed Talisker whisky tasting.

From there, we’ll welcome you to The Three Chimneys at Talisker for an intimate dinner, with just 16 guests per evening. The menu is a seasonal tasting experience, built around the best local ingredients, with each course introduced by the chefs.

Set right on the shores of Loch Harport, it’s a chance to enjoy great food and whisky in a setting that really speaks for itself.

An optional wine flight is available on the night, selected to pair with the menu (additional cost).

A few important details

• A minimum of 6 guests is required for the event to go ahead. If this isn’t reached 48 hours in advance, the event will be cancelled and fully refunded.
• As this is a fixed tasting menu, we’re unable to cater for dietary requirements or offer alternatives.
• This experience is for guests aged 18 and over.
