Join us for an unforgettable evening at Talisker Distillery as we celebrate the Hebridean Whisky Festival. The night begins with an exclusive tour of the distillery, where you’ll discover the rich history and craftsmanship behind the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye. After the tour, enjoy a curated whisky tasting paired with delicious canapés in our atmospheric Cask Draw Room. Following this, you’ll be escorted to The Three Chimneys at Talisker, our stunning onsite restaurant, for an intimate dining experience limited to just 16 guests. Delight in an exclusive tasting menu crafted with exceptional local ingredients, with each course thoughtfully introduced by one of our expert chefs. 

This unique event offers a rare chance to immerse yourself in the heritage of Talisker whisky and savour outstanding cuisine in a beautiful setting beside the tranquil shores of Loch Harport. 

Please note that this experience is available only to adults aged 18 years and over.

Experience starts at 17:30 followed by Canape's in the Cask Draw room and dinner at Three Chimneys at Talisker. Cost of £195 includes your tour, Canape's and dinner. 

To enhance your meal, an optional wine flight is available, carefully selected to complement each dish at an additional cost.
